It’s ridiculous, the way we see each other.
The way we both threaten our own lives….
When the truth is all we want is to be together….
a day without you is like living in a constant state of suffocation. The air gets hard to breathe. My heart races, and then beats slow….never constant. My head becomes heavy with burden and guilt. My eyes drenched in tears. My body weak and fragile.
your anger never stops. Forgiveness is impossible.
what I’d give to just have you hold my hand.
you sit there with a heart full of anger.
whilst I’m here with tears. Wishing you’d calm down. Wishing you’d be ok again. Wishing I could just hear you say I love you, and want nothing more than a life with you, and yes I’ll have hope for us again.
